The laminated structure consists of three layers: PVC, Aluminum and Polyimide film (also known as “OPA”).

*The PVC layer can be of 60 or 100 microns (both with the same capacity for dampness protection = barrier).

*Aluminum is 45 microns.

* Polyimide film is 25 microns

* Its processing requires adjustments or form tooling changeover compared to that used for thermoform films as PVC, PVC/PVdC and PVC/Aclar.
